About
I’m a technologist at heart. I began my IT career as an apprentice in 2015 and progressed through broadband support and the service desk to second and third line escalations at Broadstone.
I have formal training through a Level 4 Network Engineer apprenticeship and hold Microsoft’s Network Fundamentals certification (M40366). In practice, that has meant full-site network wiring, Windows Server 2025 deployment, critical update management and supporting hybrid environments.
Outside work, I run my own infrastructure projects and explore graphic design and web development. I also maintain and repair my own cars, from reconditioning a hybrid battery pack by discharging and recharging it to replacing clutches and input shaft bearings, which keeps me practical and methodical on complex, multi-step tasks.
